Her Journey to Good Food...

Finding Her Flavour

E Barn Farm's chef and owner is a third-generation baker. Her love of baking began as a child helping in the kitchen alongside her grandmother and mother. She learned food is life, not just something you put in your mouth but also sustenance that can feed the soul. Taking up the art of cooking, her passion grew as she became an adult, she traveled to Europe to live and study art and architecture and instead fell deeply in love with the various methods of fine cooking and the art of baking delicate pastries. Enamored with the European way of life she learned about potager gardens and the value of sustainability as well as the seduction of fresh ingredients in gourmet foods.

Her immense love of all she has experienced and learned has been carried into the dream of E Barn Farm Bakery and Catering as well as her career as an Executive Chef for Hilton Hotels.  

Our Food

The theory of her cooking and baking is simple.

 Use the highest quality ingredients and transform them through creativity and love into a product that is absolutely marvelous.


Our bakery and catering only uses the best organic American grown flours, and fairly traded fruits and nuts. Whenever seasons allow, we use our own produce to bring you the freshest quality. We also source from other local farms, granaries and specialty ingredient artisans to make our gourmet artisan food and pastries.
